Sevim, a woman who has worked as a day laborer at 75-year-old Ayten's house for years. Sevim helps Lena, a woman in her mid-20s, get a job as Ayten's caregiver. Lena then starts living at Ayten's house as her caregiver. One day, Lena has an accident at home. After the accident, Lena sues Ayten because she doesn't have insurance. Because of this, Ayten and her son Ergin, a businessman, pressure Sevim to convince Lena to drop the lawsuit. Sevim, who gets involved in the situation, is driven to a dead end as the process continues.
