Bir Litre Gözyaşı(A Liter of Tears) is a Turkish television series of the drama and romance genres, produced by Medyapım and MF Yapım. The first episode aired on Kanal D on October 7, 2018. The leading roles are shared by Sanem Çelik, Miray Daner, Tolga Tekin, and Mert Yazıcıoğlu. The screenplay was written by Gül Meriç Özen, Sertaç Ergin, Neşe Şen, and Peri Oruç, and it was directed by Serhan Şahin. It is a version of the Japanese television series **1 Litre of Tears**. The series tells the story of a young girl who is diagnosed with an incurable disease and her family.
